Our policy is to have every order shipped as soon as possible. Most orders will be shipped same day, if not, as quickly as possible thereafter. We ship regular by ground mail to avoid excess cost to our customers. You may check "My Account" on our website, which will give you status updates.

Returns & Replacements

Relax Productions will replace any DVD that is defective within thirty days of the actual shipping date. No cash refunds are granted after purchase. Customers must return defective item to Relax Productions, in order to receive new copy, please send all defective items with copy of receipt to:
